Aaagh!! Only 3 weeks to go

Seeing as the marathon is now just over 3 weeks away, and most experts recommend no long runs during the week prior………..that leaves me 2 weeks, and a bit to get some distance in……HOW??? I’ve got so much on at work at the moment, with no days off in the next 10, so it’s a time issue. I’ve managed two one hour runs in the last 6 days, but not much fun as i have to run in the dark, and it’s been bloody cold. Can’t run on days i teach spin, as it leaves me too knackered, so i reckon i’ll probably get two 2 hour runs in between now and March 7th. Will i finish it in my target time?……will i finish it at all?….who knows? In all honesty i’m disillusioned and think i’ve probably taken on too much, but we’ll see……..Hopefully get in a long run on Wednesday.
